Lillian Diana de Guiche (Springfield, Ohio, 14 de outubro de 1893 — Nova Iorque, 27 de fevereiro de 1993) foi uma famosa atriz norte-americana indicada ao Oscar, mais conhecida como Lillian Gish. Até a sua morte era a última representante da era do cinema mudo ainda viva. Protagonizou clássicos como O nascimento de uma nação (1915) e Intolerance (1916), ambos de D. W. Griffith.
